Product Description

Nickel valves are industrial valves that are made from nickel, a strong, corrosion-resistant metal. These valves are known for their durability and ability to withstand high temperatures and pressures, making them ideal for use in harsh environments and demanding applications.

Nickel valves from WSV Valve are available in different types, including ball valves, gate valves, globe valves, check valves, and butterfly valves. They can also be customized according to the specific requirements of the customers.

Monel is a group of nickel alloys, primarily composed of nickel (up to 67%) and copper, with small amounts of iron, manganese, carbon, and silicon. These alloys are known for their high strength and resistance to corrosion and acids.

Monel valves are extremely durable and can withstand a wide range of temperatures and pressures. They are often used in applications where corrosion resistance is critical, such as in the marine, chemical, and oil and gas industries.

Hastelloy valves are designed to withstand high temperatures, high pressures, and highly corrosive conditions. They are often used in industries such as chemical processing, power generation, and oil and gas, where they are exposed to aggressive chemicals and high temperatures.

Each type of valve has a specific function and is used in different types of industrial applications.

INCONEL alloy is a kind of nickel-based Austin super heat-resistant alloy. Due to the strengthening effect of molybdenum and niobium solid solution contained in Ni-Cr alloy, it has ultra-high-strength and extraordinary anti-fatigue properties in the range of low temperature to 1093ºC. It is widely used in the aviation industry and is suitable for making anti-oxidation parts that can bear a low load below 1100ºC.
